The Dutch Soccer Training Method at Soccer Centers
Training Classes & Schedules
All classes are one hour in length and run for 8 weeks.
| Power Shooting I |
| Teaches the player the basic technique of shooting. The mechanics of the shot will be broken down. Ages 7-10 or 1-2 years experience in soccer. |
| Power Shooting III |
| Will teach the player to shoot the ball under high pressure with the proper technique. Ages 12 and up or 5-6 years experience in soccer. |
| Fast Footwork I |
| Teaches the individual player the basic ball control skills that are needed to build more confidence in controlling the ball. Ages 8-12 or a player who has played 1-2 years of soccer. |
| Fast Footwork II |
| This class will teach the player the basic/and advanced skills to build more confidence under pressure. Ages 10 -14 -or a player that has played 3-4 years of soccer. |
| Fast Footwork III |
| Teaches the player the advanced skills to build confidence under high pressure. Ages 13 and up -- or 5-6 years experience of soccer. |
| DTS Kaka |
| The next step after the Fast Foot Work classes. DTS Kaka will emphasize on first touch, moves under high pressure, finishing on goal and overall ball control. This is an advanced class. |
| DTS Futsal Academy |
| This class is for experienced futsal players. During the eight week sessions topics will range from skill training to tactical training. |
| Futsal Young Lions |
| This class will introduce 7 and 8 year old to the fast pace game of futsal. During the 8 week sessions players will learn fundementals of futsal in a competitive environment. |
